If you’re looking for a place to workout in private, Express Fitness is definitely not your place. Bubbling with business from around the community, chances are, the likelihood of you hitting up the gym without seeing someone you know isn’t likely.
People are drawn to Express Fitness for a variety of reasons, but will the new management affect the popularity of the fitness center? Changes to the center have already begun to take place, starting with the center’s new name “Texas Family Fitness”.
There won’t be any monumental remodeling anytime soon, just slight changes in administration are in sight for the venue formerly known as Express fitness.
Sophomore Peyton Thompson visits Express fitness several times a week to work off stress and keep in shape.
“The new changes aren’t going to stop me from working out, I liked the name Express better and I hope that they don’t change the way the center works currently”, says Thompson. “Texas Family Fitness sounds less official and I had gotten used to saying ‘I’m on my way to Express.”‘
There are several aspects of the business that make it so successful, from its prime location in one of the city’s busiest shopping centers to the top of the line equipment. The changes in naming won’t remove the appeal of this friendly gym, and the neither should it change your perspective of the franchise.
