Ranger’s win gives students chance to spread spirit even longer

    by Coleman Armes

    Staff Writer

With the Texas Ranger’s win today over the Tampa Bay Rays they advanced to the semifinals for the second year in a row. They will wait to see if they face either the Detroit Tigers or New York Yankees.

However what team they play doesn’t matter. This win today provided something great for most Coppell High School students. More chances to brag and show off their loyalty or in some cases their bandwagon ways for the Rangers. The claws and antlers are out in full force. This is also affecting student’s ability to concentrate in class due to students constantly checking the scores.

If the trend continues like last year there will be no stopping the crazy Coppell students/extreme fans until the Rangers lose or win it all.
