The annual Coppell Oak Fest will return on October 15 at Andy Brown Community Park East. The festival is full of food, family games, local community stands and activities such as bounce houses and inflatable slides.
Free family activities include miniature train rides, face painting, live performances by The Maiden Texas and Down Town Fever and remote control car racing. There will also be show performances by The Side Street Circus and Professor Brainus.
Local clubs and organizations also hope to recruit members as they set up informational booths just across from the waiting family activities.
Food such as BBQ sandwiches, kettle corn, lemonade and other fair foods are avaliable, but visitors are also welcome to bring their own picnic baskets and blankets.
Parking is available in the lots by Kid Country, Town Center and Andrew Brown Community Park West and Central.
