The annual Susan G. Komen Dig For the Cure volleyball game is quickly approaching. The Coppell Cowgirls will take on Northwest High School in this year’s game. The game will take place at 6:30 on September 27 at Northwest High School. Remember, the game is not at Coppell this year!
For those who do not already know, the purpose of Dig for the Cure is to raise cancer awareness amongst players, coaches, fans, and all members of the community. The color pink has become a symbolic of Dig for the Cure. Everyone is encouraged to come out to the game wearing pink. The little pink ribbons are great reminders of what to wear!
In case there is somehow still a need for an additional incentive, attendees have the opportunity to win in a prize drawing on the same night, but at CHS. Prizes include: gift baskets, a free financial plan from Murphy and Sylvest, pink iPods, an iPad, gift cards to Fat Daddy’s.
Come support the Cowgirls and participate in Dig for the Cure on September 27th!
