Tuesday May 3rd. the Top 5% Banquet was held. It was a time to congratulate teachers and students for their accomplishments this year. This night was extremely important for Mrs. Kennedy when she received the award for CISD Secondary Teacher of the Year in the district for her hard work as the KCBY teacher and EMAC Lead Teacher at Coppell High School. Mrs. Kennedy has taught for nine years and has also won Campus Teacher of the Year.
