After working hard to prepare their science fair projects over the course of several months, several Coppell High School students were recognized at the Dallas Regional Science and Engineering Fair this year. Four students advanced on to state, winning second and third places in their categories. Several more were special award winners or had honorable mentions. On top of going to state, first place winners get $300, second place gets $200, and third place gets $100 in cash prizes. Additional cash prizes are given to those students winning special awards.

Dylan Airey- Third Place in Sr. Physics and Astronomy
Travis Chin- Second Place in Sr. Behavioral and Social Sciences
Priya Gupta- Second Place in Sr. Biochemistry
Vignesh Krishnamoorthy- Second Place in Sr. Cellular and Molecular Biology
