Staff Writer
Clams are no longer restricted to the ocean. Every year, Coppell High School is filled with poetry, short stories, photos and prose in the Coppell Literary Arts Magazine.
The C.L.A.M. is published and sold in the spring, but deadlines for submission are much earlier. This year, the deadline for all writing and photography is Dec. 18.
All pieces can be given to Mr. Bowden in C231 on a CD, flash drive, e-mail or hardcopy, though electronic submissions are preferred. The C.L.A.M. accepts work from both CHS teachers and students from all grades.
In addition, subscribers are welcomed and will receive a business ad in the back of the magazine, sized according to the amount donated. Sponsors are encouraged in order to help fund the C.L.A.M.
Previous copies of the magazine can be found at the Coppell Public Library.
Contact Mr. Bowden, [email protected], for answers to any questions regarding the Coppell Literary Arts Magazine.
