Last night as all the final election votes came in everyone was paying close attention to California. Could California be the first state to legalize the recreational use of Marijuana? The anwser is no. The contreversial proposition was turned down. It was said that it would have raised $1.4 billion dollars in taxes. However it seems that the cons on this contreversial proposition out weighed the pros.
