The annual Kaleidoscope: A Celebration of Art and Cultures festival is coming to Andrew Brown East this Saturday, from 11 a.m.-3 p.m.

Arts and culture focused organizations will have stalls dedicated to handing out informational materials and performing live demonstrations. There will also be goods and services to be purchased from local vendors.

A variety of cuisines will be available from vendors for purchase throughout the event.

The event will feature various artistic and cultural activities. Live performances will be held by groups such as the Island Boogie Steel Drum Band and The Selkie Girls.

The celebration includes a chalk art competition which takes place from 11 a.m.- 2 p.m. This year’s theme is “A Kaleidoscope of Colors.” Judging for each category will begin at 2:15 p.m. and the winners will be announced at the end of the event.
