Capturing Coppell is a Sidekick series detailing events involving Coppell High School and Coppell ISD happening this week. It will be posted every Monday for the rest of the 2022-23 school year.

  • Coppell ISD hosts the Homecoming Parade on Wednesday on Parkway Blvd. at 6:30 p.m. The theme for the parade is “Where Dreams Come True: Coppell Homecoming 2022.” 
  • On Thursday, Coppell ISD Board of Trustees meets at 7:30 a.m. in the board room of the Vonita White Administration Building for a Special Board Meeting.
  • Coppell High School hosts the Homecoming dance on Saturday from 7-11 p.m. in the CHS Arena.
  • On Saturday, Coppell Choir members travels to Hurst L.D. Bell High School to participate in the Texas Music Educators Association Region 31 district auditions.
  • On Saturday, Coppell hosts the first Youth Allies Pilot Program meeting at the Cozby Library and Community Commons from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
