Olivia Cooper, Staff Photographer

As teenagers enter high school, they are introduced to many opportunities, such as looking for ways to earn an income as an adolescent.  With the variation of classes high schoolers take, the prospect of a job can be either beneficial or detrimental, depending on the rigor of their schedule.

The Sidekick staff photographer Olivia Cooper sits down with Coppell High School senior Harika Patchipala to determine the importance of having a high school job. Patchipala, who currently works at Dunkin’, gives her an insight as to what high schoolers should consider before taking up a job.
