According to Coppell coach Julie Price and Coppell ISD Athletic Director Kit Pehl, the Coppell volleyball team will be in quarantine until Oct. 23 due to a positive COVID-19 result, per UIL guidelines to pause play for two weeks.

District policy and federal medical law prevent Coppell from revealing who tested positive for the virus.

Coppell will postpone four matches: last Tuesday at Plano, tonight at Lewisville, Plano West on Oct. 20 and Flower Mound on Oct. 23 at home. Their next match is currently set to be Marcus on Oct. 27, which they enter with an 8-6 record.
