“I was excited because I think it’s good to have every year, and I’ve made it sophomore and junior year. Making All-District is always an honor. It shows off the hard work we put in during practice and I wouldn’t be able to get that without my teammates, so a lot of it is thanks to them. I really like the high intensity competition of [basketball] and how our team built chemistry. It hasn’t been like that in the past couple of years, so it was nice to have that unity my senior year.”
