This Black History Month, we celebrate famous African American swimmers such as Olympic gold medalist Cullen Jones, Olympic gold medalist Simone Manuel and 2019 Pac-12 Men’s Swimming Freshman of the Year Reece Whitley. These famous African American swimmers have made an impact in the swimming world and inspire many young African American swimmers.
