Donald Glover has had an eventful year. From starring as Lando Calrissian in May’s Solo: A Star Wars Story  to dropping the second season of his acclaimed FX show “Atlanta”. Glover’s music persona, Childish Gambino, dropped two songs this summer. The latter is “Feels Like Summer” an acoustic guitar and vocal driven rhythm and blues song. Tropical drums along with wind instruments form a breezy atmosphere that reminds you of sunny days long gone. Gambino’s dynamic delivery beautifully complements the palm tree aesthetic of the song. A music video for the summer anthem was released Sept. 2. It depicts Gambino walking down the streets of an unnamed suburbia filled with hip-hop icons.
