Disney is seeking to abandon streaming services in favor of creating its own. With ownership of Marvel, Lucasfilm and ESPN in hand, it has the ability to create an all-encompassing service. Imagine a dashboard allowing you to watch football games as they air and the newest Star Wars movie. Netflix and Hulu both have original shows that they produce. The house of mouse won’t be left out either. Disney has announced plans to air a new season of Star Wars: The Clone Wars exclusively on its streaming service.
