In “God Save Our Young Blood”, BØRNS and Lana Del Rey croon about young love in an increasingly fast-paced world, lamenting “we can never stop moving, we see nothing but the green lights”. The verses are calm and relaxed, the lyrics flowing lazily over a layer of sleepy synths and airy drums, before crashing into an anthemic chorus.

“God Save Our Young Blood” was released on Jan. 2 and is the first track off BØRNS’ second studio album Blue Madonna.
