New year, same resolve, courage to march
January 22, 2018
On Saturday, for the second year in a row, women came together to fight for a common goal, a goal they had hoped would be reached but believe was not in the year since President Donald Trump took office.
This year’s Women’s March was fueled both by the anger and frustration pooled from last year’s election and the #MeToo movement that swept the world before awards season.
Among the women marching were several Coppell High School students.
