This morning in the Coppell High School parking lot, New Tech High @ Coppell senior Kyle Cloutier calls the police after the unfolding of the mock accident scene at CHS. Shattered Dreams is put on every other year at CHS and is meant to show students the seriousness of drinking and driving.
