Taste of Irving providing culinary family fun this Saturday

Tomorrow, the city of Irving is hosting the annual Taste of Irving, a festival featuring food from various local restaurants.
Foodies, be on the lookout as 18 Irving-area restaurants will be at the event selling food from their menu including Coppell’s Pink Frosting Cupcakes, Fuzzy’s Taco Shop and In-N-Out Burger.
Apart from the food, the event will include a marketplace showcasing handmade crafts and artwork and a Fun Zone offering face painting, games and more.
Taste of Irving takes place from noon to 6 p.m. at the Cimarron Park Recreation Center 201 Red River Trail. Admission to the event is free and restaurants will be selling their food for $5 or less, making for easy sampling of the culinary variety that Irving has to offer.
