Coppell High School senior John Scalley uses a probe to test the UV rays from the sun on Thursday outside of the main entrance of Coppell High School. The parafilm on top of the probe represents the human skin, as the AP Environmental Science teacher Holly Anderson’s class is testing the effectiveness of different methods of sun protection.
