As Christmas quickly approaches some parents of teens are wondering what to gift their son or daughter. Parents, you may be tired of just giving them cash or gift cards in place of a non-existent christmas list.
Being a 16-year-old girl, I have some first hand insight on what gifts will blow your teen away on Christmas morning. For girls the top gifts are:
- Kendra Scott earrings – Designer Kendra Scott has a variety of modernist jewelry in collections of statement, stud, hoop, and delicate earrings. Prices start at $50. Click here to check them out.
- Polaroid camera – Otherwise known as “Instant Cameras”, Polaroid cameras have been around since the 1950s. They were very popular during the 80s and 90s but became “out of style” once digital cameras were invented. In more recent years Polaroid cameras have made a comeback. At Urban Outfitters, they have a Vintage Polaroid 600 Camera Kit By Impossible Project for $180. Check it out here.
- Urban Decay cosmetics – Urban Decay offers trend-setting cosmetics from eye shadow, lip gloss, eyeliner, lip plumper, bronzer, mineral makeup and other cosmetics. Click here to check it out.
- Michael Kors watch – On the more expensive side, designer Michael Kors creates classic American clothes and accessories for women and men. The watches he creates are very timeless, and a great long lasting gift for a fashionista. Prices start at $195 and you can find them here.
For guys the top gifts are:
