This weekend marked the 4th annual Coppell Police Motorcycle Competition. Over the course of March 29-31 at Wagon Wheel Park, various police motorcycle riders put on an exciting competition and custom bike show for a plentiful group of all ages.
The gathering was free of admission and offered spectators not only a bike show, but also a bounce house for kids, silent auction, vendors booths and concession stands for refreshments. There was also a private raffel for active duty policemen and firemen. The proceeds were all donated to the Concerns of Police Survivors foundation, a group that helps support families of fallen officers.
Law enforcement officers from all over the area and even out of the state competed in the competition. Competitors were given meals throughout the week for an entry fee of $50. The shows were great entertainment for everyone and grew an incredible crowd.
Although only attending for one day, the competition was incredibly intense and action packed. Check out this video of the motorcycle rodeo to get a glimpse of competition for yourself.
