Kicking off their competition season, the Coppell High School Lariettes will be competing in the Crowd Pleasers South DFW competition at South Grand Prairie High School on Feb. 25. The day long competition will consist of team dances, solo performances and duets.
This will be the Lariette’s first competition of the year and will attend three different competitions this year. The Lariettes are very excited to be participating in this weekend’s competition, and the team has high hopes for scoring well.
“I am really looking forward to my first competition as a Lariette.” Sophomore Madeline Saiter said. “I am excited to see all our months of hard work pay off and for competition season to finally begin.”
The competition will begin at 8:00 a.m, and awards will be given around 9:00 p.m.
