On Thursday night the Cowboys lost a hard fought game 2-0 to the Allen Eagles taking their record to 1-9 on the season.
Coppell did a great job in the first period holding Allen scoreless and keeping the amount of shots low.
The second period is where Coppell really lost control of the game. Allen scored two goals, despite a great game by Parker Johnson, and Coppell just couldn’t come back from the deficit.
The game turned into a game of special teams with the Eagles able to perform on power plays where the Cowboys struggled.
Coppell’s next game is against Dallas Jesuit at Farmers Branch at 8:15.
