Monday through Friday, for seven periods a day students in CHS have a different battle to win besides the ones in their classes, the hallways.
The amount of people in the hallways makes it very difficult to get to classes, and it is very overwhelming. It is tough to make it to classes in the given six minutes sometimes. The hallways would be a lot better if people didn’t stop and talk to their friends in the middle of the main hallway or even walk so slow that they are holding up the people behind them.
You also encounter people who cut you off when you are walking just to slow down in front of you. It gets extremely frustrating as you sometimes think you will not make it to your next class before the bell rings once the six minutes is up.
So remember, next time when you are walking in the hallways between classes, be courteous to the others around you so everyone can make it to class on time.
