With all these college admissions essays and questions asking me about what I want to do with my life, if there was a movie made about me, what it would be called and what would the story line would be and so many other questions that an admissions officer would never need to know about me, I find myself thinking about my life purpose and goals.
I’m sure you all remember what Rachel’s Challenge taught us last week about writing down our goals. Well, this is my way of doing that.
This is probably a little cliche, but I had to do it. I made a bucket list, which more or less combines all the things I want to do and will be kicking myself on my death bed if I don’t do and some of my life goals. Here’s the top 10:
1. Record a CD and have at least one person buy it
2. Get accepted to NYU
3. Be on live television
4. Make someone’s dream come true
5. Visit at least 50 countries
6. Climb Mount Kilimanjaro
7. Get a tattoo by Kat Von D
8. Attend a glow-in-the-dark paint party
9. Design and sew my own outfit
10. Own an emu
These may seem a little bizarre, but for some reason or another, I want to make them all happen.
So what does your bucket list consist of?
