On Saturday, January 22, the Business Professionals of America (BPA) competed in the regional competition at Dubiski High School in Grand Prairie.
The competition consists of events ranging from interview skills to video production. It is a full-day event, with participants leaving their houses before 7a.m. and the award ceremony taking place at 5p.m.
As a whole, Coppell High School was extremely successful, with all members placing in their individual and team events. CHS also placed well in the open events, giving them the opportunity to go compete at state and possibly nationals. Not only was it a chance for students to prepare for future careers and learn about business management, but they also got to spend the day competing with their friends.
