Neev Chickermane is a sophomore and a first year staff writer for The Sidekick. He joined after hearing so much about the program along with having friends who are in it. He is excited to join the staff and work on his ability to write.
He is a proud member of the Coppell High School theatre department and enjoys acting and writing. In his free time you can find him listening to The Weeknd or playing Brawl Stars.

Anika Upadhyayula, Staff Writer
Anika is a sophomore and a first-year staff writer on The Sidekick. She enjoys poetry, songwriting and learning new instruments and spends time reading and making Spotify playlists. Her usual choice of music is a blend between rock, indie and certain rap artists. Outside of The Sidekick, Anika plays oboe and alto saxophone in the CHS band.
