Guests wait in lines for tickets throughout the St. Ann’s Community Carnival on Sept. 7th. The St. Ann Carnival celebrated its 31st anniversary on Sept. 6-8, featuring many activities such as street food stalls, classic carnival games, rides and live entertainment.
