Students and parents wait for College Night to begin on Sept. 12 outside at Coppell High School. Numerous in-state and out-of-state universities and colleges showcased their school programs to satisfy any curiosity from the CHS community.

Coppell Color Guard tosses vibrant flags with a double 45 toss in the Coppell High School Arena on Saturday. The team competed with the showcase titled “Story for the Ages” at the Winter Guard International Southwest Power Regional competition, placing 10th in the finals with a score of 80.15.

Eirene Park is a junior and is a second year member on The Sidekick. She is excited to take on her future photography role with a hint of design. She came to Coppell, Texas in her freshman year of high school and decided to join this program because of her cousin who took the class with her last year before moving. In her free time, she enjoys blasting music when she is drawing, rollerblading, and watching K-dramas. Some of her favorite K-dramas are Twinkling Watermelon, Welcome to Samdal-ri and Love Next Door.
