Coming off of three impressive wins to start the year, the Coppell Cowboys spend this Friday on their bye week in preparation for their district debut next week against Saginaw.
The Cowboys have improved their play each successive week, and they appear well equipped for their games against District 7-5A opponents.
Coppell will travel to play against a Saginaw team next Friday that has been punchless on offense to this point. They have posted an 0-3 record so far in 2010.
Following that match up, the Cowboys will take on a Denton Guyer team at Buddy Echols Field that many have projected to win the district.
While the Cowboys do not have a game this week, they will remain busy preparing in order to be on the ball next week against Saginaw.
