Video: Kaleidoscope exemplifying vibrant, diverse celebration of culture

The spotless overhead sea of cerulean made for a bright, sunny sky, with the overnight temperature drop to the 70s comfortably keeping the heat off. Some might describe it as a perfect autumn day, and certainly it was perfect for Coppell’s annual Kaleidoscope festival, a celebration of art and culture that took place at Andy Brown Park East on Oct. 16.

Festival-goers enjoyed a variety of entertainment from artisan vendors to live performances. The festival centered around the stage, where performers showcased cultures from all over the world. On one side of the park, inflatable bounce houses and obstacle courses were set up for the younger guests; on the other side, the periphery was lined with food trucks and large tents under which vendors displayed their goods.
