Every year, sophomores at Coppell High School have read and analyzed Animal Farm by George Orwell. However, this year, English II teachers have decided not to include it in the course curriculum. In this episode of the Cowboy Spur, Sally and Angelina discuss with their guests the curriculum and real world impact this decision will have on students’ educations.
