Red and Black on Deck is a Sidekick series detailing the next seven days of Coppell varsity sports. It will be posted every Monday for the rest of the 2020-21 school year.

On Wednesday and Thursday, the Coppell track and field team competes in the Class 6A Region I Area meet. Girls competition begins on Wednesday at 2 p.m., while boys competition spreads out over both days at 8 a.m.
Boys wrestling competes in its Class 6A Region I tournament on Thursday, and girls wrestling competes in its regional tournament on Saturday, both at Allen at 9 a.m.
Tomorrow at 7:15 p.m. at the Coppell ISD Baseball/Softball Complex, softball hosts Plano East. On Thursday, the Cowgirls travel to Flower Mound at 7:15 p.m.
Baseball hosts Lewisville at 7:30 p.m. tomorrow at the Coppell ISD Baseball/Softball Complex. On Thursday, the Cowboys travel to Lewisville at 7 p.m. The Cowboys host Rockwall Heath at 12 p.m on Saturday.
