Ramen Hakata’s original Hakata Ramen ($8.50) has a tonkotsu, cream-based broth. With many toppings such as pork and a soft boiled egg, there is a lot of dimension to the dish. It does have thinner noodles, which is disappointing to some ramen eaters.
