“Soccer means a lot for me, it’s the reason I wake up in the morning. When the coach told me I was 1st Team All-District, I was pretty happy. Being a sophomore goalkeeper in varsity is hard; I wasn’t expecting to be 1st Team All-District, and I was kind of surprised I won because there’s a lot of good goalkeepers in our district who are older.”
