As the school gets pumped up for homecoming, classes as a whole come together to make decorations for their respective halls.

The sophomore class has begun to create banners and flyers to decorate their hall for homecoming week. Each year the different classes decorate different parts of the school with a different detail of the main theme. This year, the homecoming theme is ‘Throw Back’ and the sophomore class has adopted the 80s decade to decorate the downstairs pit.

There was a meeting on Wednesday September 16th for class officers and any others interested in helping to decorate the pit. Posters covered room D223 as active members of the sophomore class pitched in to help make their decorations the best.

“Our hall is going to be fantastic,” sophomore class president Chase Porter said.

These meetings are opened to all students who want to see their hall out shine everyone else’s. The next meeting to decorate will be held on Tuesday September 22nd at 4:00, so all interested sophomores should join their officers to help dazzle the school with their amazing blast from the past decorations.
