In recent decades, the affordability of groceries, electronics, and clothing has decreased. This trend is also relevant to the care of pets, with the high costs of veterinary bills, food, and supplies. Now, more than ever, it is difficult for people to care take care of their dogs, especially senior citizens. KCBY digs into what one local non-profit is doing to target this issue.
