As always, rides, games and music will be featured at the carnival, which is being held in the St. Ann’s parking lot on Sandy Lake Rd. and Samuel Blvd.. Phil Stacey, a top 5 finisher on American Idol in 2007, will be performing tonight live at the carnival. You can also meet Stacey before the carnival, as he will be signing autographs at 4:00pm at the Lewisville Barnes & Noble. The St. Ann’s Carnival opens at 5:00 p.m. tonight and will run until 11:00 p.m.. The schedule for the rest of the weekend can be found below.

People will also have the chance to celebrate the cultures of Coppell this weekend, as there will be a showcase of heritage tomorrow at Town Center Plaza, the Festival of Nations. The event starts at 11 a.m. and will run until 2 p.m.. People can experience food and dances from different heritages, and people of all ages are invited.
