The hype over “The Great Gatsby” has extended as the final days of waiting for the the premiere is just days away.
The movie’s soundtrack was released yesterday and totally puts you in the time and feel of the Gatsby age. With artists such as Florence + The Machine and collaborations like Beyoncé and André 3000, there is not a tune that won’t make you want to swing.
“Every song I’ve heard on this CD makes me feel like I’m at one of Gatsby’s parties,” sophomore Christianna Haas said.
Haas is currently wrapping up the famous novel by F. Scott Fitzgerald and is stoked about the movie.
“Every page I read makes me wonder how the movie will portray the book,” Haas said. “Leonardo DiCaprio will make the greatest of Gatsby’s, I’m so excited.”
Everyone has been counting down for this movie since it first started teasing moviegoers in 2012.
Whether it be because of the amazing cast including eye candy actors like DiCaprio and Tobey Maguire, or the fact that it is a classic novel coming to life on the silver screen, “The Great Gatsby” is deemed for success. Check your local theaters for times and first showing opportunities.
