This year Coppell High School had seven students attend the Regionals UIL tournament in Lubbock. They competed in six different competitions: Math, Computer Applications, Computer Science, Feature Writing, Literary Criticism and Current Issues and Events.
Out of the whole competition the only student to be awarded was Khadijah Mazhar, who was awarded sixth place in Computer Applications.
Other competitors included seniors Sanjani Prodduturu and Margret Tumbokon, juniors Christina Burke and Harry Ahn and sophomores Balazs Kustar and Siddhardha Gudavalli.
The students were accompanied by Literary Criticism instructor Susan Creighton and Computer Applications and Computer Sciences instructor Jan McClintock.
Congratulations to all of the students who competed in UIL.
