Following Halloween, November 1st was daylight saving times–when you “fall back”. Clocks are set an hour back, and people everywhere rejoice having another hour of sleep.
One of the biggest effects of this phenomenon is that now, electronic clocks that automatically reset go back themselves, so time changes from 1:59 to 1:00 am, giving students an allusion of going back in time. Though time change is far from religious, it has a plethora a “fall”owers.
