To help the CHS varsity team “team up on Jesuit,” September 4th has been declared twin day for all students.
“This year there is no twin day during homecoming week, and I was really bummed,” sophomore Sydney Salerno said. “It was great that we still got to do it.”
Each person is asked to find a friend and dress alike for the day to help support the football team. Away games usually don’t get as much attention from students, so this is an extra way to let the football team know that they have everyone’s support.
Students in each grade will participate to different extremes, with some people wearing the exact same outfit and hairstyle, while others just wear the same color t-shirt.
“Every bit of support means a lot to the football team,” player Nicholas Jordan said.
Kick off for the varsity game is at 7:30 pm at Jesuit High School, and all students are invited to attend and help spread the Cowboy spirit! Tickets will be on sale at the gate for $7 and an address for the high school is available on the website.
