Capturing Coppell is a Sidekick series detailing events involving Coppell High School and Coppell ISD happening this week. It will be posted every Monday for the rest of the 2022-23 school year.

  • On Thursday, Coppell ISD Board of Trustees meets at 7:30 a.m. in the board room of the Vonita White Administration Building for a Special Board Meeting.
  • Thursday marks the end of the first nine week grading period.
  • Thursday is an early release day for all CISD students
  • Friday is a Professional Development Staff Workday and a student holiday.
  • On Saturday, Coppell Parks and Recreation hosts Kaleidoscope: A Celebration of Art and Cultures at Andrew Brown Park East, 260 E. Parkway Blvd from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Through the display of arts and different cultures, the Kaleidoscope celebrates the uniqueness of Coppell’s community. More information can be found here.
