Kindergartner Peter Thurgood gets his face painted into a scarecrow at the Fall Festival at New Tech High @ Coppell on Oct. 28. The Fall Festival is held annually in celebration of Halloween and includes games, food, booths and the annual Punkin’ Chunkin’ event.
