A cookie conundrum

Girl Scouts appear to be taking a page out of Toyota’s book this week, as they recall several batches of Lemon Chalet cookies. However, unlike Toyota, these “bad” batches are neither a safety hazard, nor will they cost you out of pocket to return and receive new cookies.

Somethings to remember about the recall:

– The recall is only because the cookies smell and taste a little off. However, they are completely safe to eat, and if you happen to enjoy this slightly off-beat flavor, more power to you.
– No, your Thin Mints are not at risk.
– Only a small number of cookies were recalled, and in order to get new cookies, just contact your local Girl Scouts.
