Coppell High School Madrigals is hosting its 22nd annual and renowned Madrigal Feast, “A Fool for Your Love”, on Dec. 9-10.

The event features not only singing by Coppell High School’s award winning choir, but also a dramatic play and medieval style dinner. Unlike past years, multiple choirs will perform in addition to Madrigals.

During the Friday performance, the Feast features Bella Voce and the Men’s Choir. On Saturday, Kantorei and A Cappella will perform.

This unique event is in the CHS cafeteria from 6:30 to 9 p.m. for both performances. Audience members will experience the cafeteria decorated similar to a medieval-themed castle and even servers dressed as peasants.

Madrigals has been preparing for this event since the beginning of summer. After great dedication through long rehearsals before and after school, the choir is extremely excited to present this event.

“It’s very exciting to see the drama, the costumes and the music come together,” choir director Joshua Brown said. “Expect amazing food, great desserts and a fun evening.”

Tickets range from $10 for a dessert ticket to $28 for a premium dinner ticket with the best seating. Seating and tickets are limited.
